Each test station can incorporate multiple standard tests which are combined to meet specific test objectives. The tests are as follows:

  • LIV++ (includes spectrum per data point) (standard)
  • Emitter profiling
  • Pointing and divergence
  • Beam visualization
  • Fiber coupled visualization

Testable device types:

  • Fiber-coupled
  • Free-space diode
  • Single and Multi Emitter
  • Pulsed or CW output
  • Actively or passively cooled

Software

The test station runs on a PC-based software interface that displays and saves live data. Access through .NET API also possible.
