Photonics Automation Specialties, LLC (the “Company”) guarantees the workmanship of its products for one (1) year from the date of delivery, for customers within the United States. This warranty covers any defects in materials or assembly workmanship under normal use, excluding routine maintenance items identified in the proposal. If a covered workmanship issue is identified within this period, we will repair the defect or replace the defective item at no charge to the customer. Warranty service includes on-site support for installation and repairs to ensure the equipment operates as specified, without additional cost to the customer.

For individual commercial off-the-shelf components included with our products (such as power supplies, function generators, etc.), coverage is provided only by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Photonics Automation Specialties, LLC will assist customers in making claims under those manufacturer warranties, but assumes no liability beyond the manufacturer’s terms. (In other words, third-party parts are subject to their own warranty conditions as set by their manufacturers.)
