Think of it as a Multi-position Test Station.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The sky is the limit with our burn-in racks. We have standard models, but if you want something special, we\u2019re up for the challenge!<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All our racks are capable of accurate measurements of typical diode parameters and multi-step burn-in recipes.\u00a0 We can even run LIV+Spectrum on our racks!<\/li>\n<li>The newest addition to our rack family is the new small-footprint single-bay rack.\u00a0 This rack will allow up to 25 KW of burn-in capacity within a standard 19&#8243; rack footprint.<\/li>\n<li>We support all known laser diode formats and cooling methods.<\/li>\n<li>Our burn-in racks are optimized for the application<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\tRack Format:\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>We have 3 rack formats:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Single-Bay (Small footprint)<\/strong> &#8211; Optimized to take up the minimum floor space.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Double-Bay<\/strong> &#8211; Supports many more devices than a single-bay rack<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multi-Bay<\/strong> &#8211; Similar to the double-bay racks except even more devices can be run.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\tProducts Supported:\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<p>Our burn-in racks can be configured to support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fiber-coupled and uncoupled laser diodes<\/li>\n<li>Passively and actively-cooled devices<\/li>\n<li>Single emitters, bars, and stacks<\/li>\n<li>Lensed or unlensed devices<\/li>\n<li>CW or pulsed devices or recipes<\/li>\n<li>High-current (&gt;300A) and high-voltage (&gt;80V) devices<\/li>\n<li>A mix of all of the above<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\tMeasurements Supported:\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li>Device current<\/li>\n<li>Device voltage<\/li>\n<li>Cooling water input &amp; output temperature<\/li>\n<li>Cooling water flow rate (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Cooling water input &amp; output pressure (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Fiber boot temperature (optional, fiber-coupled devices only)<\/li>\n<li>Optical output (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Wavelength (optional)<\/li>\n<li>Custom measurement types as specified by customer (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\tOther Features:\n\t<\/h2>\n\t<ul>\n<li><strong>Multi-Step Recipes:<\/strong> This allows a burn-in recipe to have multiple steps with varying parameters for maximum burn-in flexibility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Multiple Interlocks:<\/strong> These protect both the devices and the rack in the event of an illegal operating condition.<\/li>\n<li><strong>On-The-Fly Device Dropout (optional):<\/strong> This allows a single device in a string of devices to be dropped out of the burn-in if the device\u2019s critical parameters go outside the acceptable range.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Optical Power Interlock (optional):<\/strong> This quickly cuts the power supply output if the device optical power goes below a critical level.\u00a0 This prevents the device from destroying itself and allows for diagnostics or rework.\u00a0 It is available for both pulsed and CW operation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\n\t\tWe have the right solution for you.\n\t<\/h2>\n\t\t\t<a href=\"\/contact-us\/\" target=\"_self\" role=\"button\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tContact Us\n\t\t<\/a>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Post Title Don&#8217;t think of it as a Burn-in Rack.
